I was told by a leader in a veterans organization last night that
Sheriff Ivey will not allow four wheel vehicles in the procession next
year, and that if the Traveling Wall organization wants them, that

FYI on Sheriff Ivey's position regarding 4 wheel vehicles being allowed in the Wall Parade next year. Spoke with Doc Russo, (Chairman of the "Vietnam and Veteran's of Brevard" organization that escorts the Wall) today and Mr. Rosso emphatically stated that the "no 4 wheelers in the parade ruling" came directly from Sheriff Ivey at some meeting of theirs. I asked for that in writing and he hung up the phone on me. Attached is the string of emails with Sheriff Ivey's response to the question.
